Aldar has launched its landmark AED100 billion ($27.2 billion) waterfront development - Marsa Al Saadiyat - on a 6.4-million-sq-m area in Abu Dhabi featuring private mansions, luxury villas, waterfront apartments and branded residences set along an 8-km coastline with 5.6 km of pristine beaches and other world-class amenities.
Dubai Municipality unveiled the ‘Blue and Green Spaces Roadmap 2030’ at the World Governments Summit as part of a comprehensive strategic vision to develop a balanced and integrated urban ecosystem. The roadmap includes a portfolio of projects valued at more than AED4 billion ($1.1 billion).
