Saudi-based Alhani Construction said work is in full swing on the landmark Aramco Stadium project in Khobar and will be completed in time for AFC Asia Cup 2027. It is being built in collaboration with Besix Construct-Albawani JV.
Saudi Arabia led Gulf winners at the 2026 American Concrete Institute Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards, with its projects (NovusCrete, King Salman International Complex and Aramco Stadium) securing first-place honours in three categories, while Dubai’s Wasl Tower won in the high-rise structures category.
