Eni, through its satellite company Azule Energy - a 50:50 joint venture with bp and the operator of the New Gas Consortium (NGC) – inaugurated the NGC Gas Treatment Plant in Soyo, northern Angola.
DP World said it has been granted a 10-year extension to its concession to operate the multipurpose terminal at the Port of Luanda, Angola, extending the concession term through to 2051. Since launching its operations in 2021, DP World has invested more than $260 million to its upgrade and modernisation.
Masdar, a clean energy leader, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the 150-megawatt (MW) Quipungo Solar Photovoltaic project in Angola, marking Masdar’s first PPA in the country.
