UAE-based EDGE Group has completed the acquisition of Brazilian aerospace engineering specialist AKAER, with all customary conditions precedent fulfilled. This follows the share purchase agreement by the two firms in July.
UAE-based defence company EDGE has announced that it has entered into a deal to acquire a 100% stake in Brazilian aerospace and engineering company Akaer, in a move that would give the Abu Dhabi group an established engineering base in Brazil and a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team.
