BBQ Bros will return to Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek for its third season on October 12, 2026, bringing back its open-fire cooking and outdoor dining experience with a refreshed menu.

The menu features grilled steaks, burgers, seafood, salads, pizzas, pastas and risottos. New dishes include Revisited Beef Tataki with sesame-ginger salsa, Smoked Burrata & Creamy Aubergines, and Grilled Sea Bass with sweet chilli.

Grill highlights include US Prime Ribeye, Australian Wagyu Ribeye and Tomahawk, alongside the Smash-Bros burger featuring double beef patties, cheddar and signature sauce.

Other additions include Fired-Up Baby Cauliflower with beetroot tahini, toasted nuts and pomegranate, and Grilled Shrimps & Zucchini.

Desserts include the returning BBQ Bros Pain Perdu, served with caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream and grilled pineapple, as well as Chocolate Brownie and Peach Cobbler.
