Worley has secured a five-year renewal of its engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) framework agreement with CNOOC International’s UK business, extending a 12-year partnership supporting offshore operations in the UK Continental Shelf.

The renewed agreement covers CNOOC’s Scott, Buzzard and Golden Eagle fields, with Worley providing engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, completions and decommissioning services.

The work will range from like-for-like replacements and brownfield modifications to larger projects.

The award reinforces Worley’s commitment to the North Sea and Aberdeen, while supporting the regional energy supply chain.

Over the past 12 years, Worley has delivered more than 1,100 scopes of work under the framework, helping maintain the integrity and performance of CNOOC’s offshore assets while minimising operational disruption.

Safety remains a key focus, with the partnership recording more than five million work hours without a Lost Time Incident, highlighting the companies’ commitment to high safety standards.
