Emirates has conducted its first-ever Travel Rehearsal programme in the Maldives, helping children with autism and their families gain confidence in air travel through a guided airport experience at Velana International Airport (MLE).
Emirates has continued its commitment to making travel more accessible for all, by successfully arranging bespoke Emirates Travel Rehearsals across more than 40 cities globally over the past year.
Emirates reinforced its commitment to accessible travel by hosting Travel Rehearsals in over 40 cities, supporting more than 250 families. The programme helps young people with autism prepare for airport journeys, reducing anxiety and building confidence to fly.
Emirates brought its vision of accessible travel to Istanbul through its “Travel Rehearsal” programme, hosting autistic children and their families at Istanbul Airport (IGA).
