Oberoi Hotels & Resorts has announced The Oberoi Sukoonvilas, Wadi Safar, a luxury resort under development in Diriyah, northwest of Riyadh. Scheduled to open in Q1 2027, the property will become the first hotel to welcome guests in Wadi Safar, an emerging Saudi tourism destination.
Diriyah Company has signed a SAR2 billion ($533 million) financing agreement with Arab National Bank to support the development of branded residences within Diriyah, its flagship project to transform an ancient city near Riyadh.
