Dubai master-developer Nakheel has announced that it has awarded a key marine and beach works contract for Island B at Dubai Islands. Scheduled for completion by Q4 2027, the works will add 320m of beach frontage near Bay Villas and upgrade approximately 3km of the island’s western shoreline.

Set for completion in Q2 2028, the project will feature a total of 131 residential units and other amenities.
