Riyadh Region Municipality and Saudi National Center for Privatization & PPP authorities have launched a tender for a 50-year private-sector partnership to develop a mixed-use residential, commercial and recreational project on a 30,015-sq-m area in northern Riyadh, thus marking the municipality's first project under the investment model.
