The roadshow featured meetings
with travel and tourism professionals and company representatives from both
countries.

tourism offerings, major attractions and visitor experiences, as well as
opportunities for cooperation and partnerships to increase visitor numbers from
the region.
The department showcased the
emirate’s cultural heritage, natural assets, hospitality and leisure
activities, highlighting experiences designed to appeal to diverse traveller
segments.
Mahmoud Al Hashimi, Director
General of the Department of Tourism, Culture & Media - Ajman, said: “The
Tashkent and Almaty stops helped open direct dialogue with new partners in two
markets that we view as promising. We observed clear interest in the diverse
experiences offered by Ajman.
“We will build on the outcomes of
these meetings and translate them into practical partnerships that enhance
tourism flows from Central Asia and consolidate the emirate’s position as a
preferred destination for visitors from the region.”
The initiative forms part of the
department’s broader international promotional programme, which has included
roadshows in Europe, India and China.
Through these efforts, Ajman aims
to strengthen its international presence, develop strategic tourism
partnerships and improve the competitiveness of its tourism sector by reaching
