An industry veteran, Nadifi brings more than two decades of leadership experience across the FMCG sector, said statement from Mondelez International.

In his new role, he will focus on strengthening commercial execution, accelerating innovation across the portfolio, and developing talent and capabilities, with consumers and customers at the centre of the business.

Nadifi previously served as Managing Director of Mondelez International’s business in Morocco for six years (From October 2020 until September 2026).

From 2013 to 2020, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Varun Beverages Morocco, PepsiCo’s bottling partner in Morocco, where he led end-to-end operations and strategic planning.

On his new role, Nadifi said: "Our ambition is to build on the strength of our established business while identifying new opportunities across categories and channels."
