Four Seasons is expanding its Middle East portfolio with new hotels, resorts and branded residences in Saudi Arabia and across the region, following its participation in Arabian Travel Market 2026.

The group’s latest regional expansion includes Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island and Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay, both of which opened earlier this year on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast.

The company’s next major Saudi opening is Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Jeddah at the Corniche, which is expected to open in summer 2027.

The development will add to Four Seasons’ growing presence in the Kingdom, alongside the anticipated Four Seasons Hotel Madinah.

Four Seasons is also developing a wider pipeline across the Middle East, including Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah, Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina, Four Seasons Hotel Luxor and Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Cairo Capital at Madinaty.

Beyond the region, the company is continuing to expand its portfolio with projects including Four Seasons Resort Zanzibar, The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, and Four Seasons Hotel Berlin.

The group currently operates 140 hotels and resorts and 61 residential properties across 47 countries, with more than 60 projects in its global development pipeline.

Alongside new properties, Four Seasons is expanding dining, wellness and destination-led experiences across its existing portfolio. In the Middle East, Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island has added Japanese-inspired Saikindō, while GAIA is scheduled to join its dining offering later this year.

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is enhancing its culinary programme with the return of Byblos, a refreshed Friday Brunch at CUT by Wolfgang Puck and new Four Hands dining collaborations.

At Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre, spa and leisure facilities are being upgraded with a dedicated women’s spa, new pool, padel and tennis courts and a nutrition bar.

Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya has added No.21 Cigar Lounge and new guest experiences, while the anticipated opening of Al Shaheed Park Phase 3 in late 2026 is expected to add new leisure and public spaces near the hotel.

In the Maldives, new wellness and marine experiences include ŪRJĀ Naturopathy Island at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa and the Manta On Call programme at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru.

The company is also continuing to refresh properties globally. The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas, is due to unveil redesigned Hartford Wing Ocean View Guestrooms and Suites next month, while Four Seasons Hotel Milano has completed a redesign of all 118 rooms and suites.

Recent international openings include Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos and the reopening of Danieli, Venezia, A Four Seasons Hotel, following an extensive renovation. -TradeArabia News Service
