Globant, a digitally native company that helps organisations thrive in a digital and AI-powered future, has deployed an agentic AI solution for Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi's largest real estate developer.
Built on Salesforce Agentforce and powered by Data 360, the initiative marks a significant step in how Mena's property sector is moving from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale deployment, with AI agents supporting customer engagement around the clock.
Mena is experiencing a structural overhaul of how cities are built and operated. According to private studies, the GCC PropTech sector is expanding at a 15.7% CAGR toward a projected value of $5.87 billion by 2032, while the broader Mena real estate market is forecast to grow 89% between 2026 and 2034. Saudi Arabia alone recorded SR1.2 trillion ($320 billion) in property transactions within a single 24-month window, as reported by the Saudi Real Estate Authority.
Conversational interface
Embedded directly into "Hello Aldar," Aldar's 24/7 AI-powered digital concierge and customer self-service platform, the solution gives homeowners a conversational interface to access property information, raise service requests, and track construction progress at any hour. Built as an extension of the existing LiveAldar experience, Hello Aldar ensures full consistency with backend processes and workflows already running on Salesforce. Within this platform, Agentforce solutions tackle the most friction-heavy moments in the homeowner journey: construction transparency and post-sale service.
The Construction Progress Agent translates technical construction data into plain-language updates, surfacing key milestones, project status, and anticipated handover dates, eliminating the call queues that erode trust. The Post-Sale Service Dispatcher gives homeowners an interface to raise maintenance and Defect Liability Period (DLP)-related service requests; it automatically categorizes issues, routes them to the right technician, prioritizes urgency, and books appointments end-to-end through the same backend workflows already running on Salesforce. For properties with expired DLP coverage, it automatically redirects customers to Inspire Home packages. Both agents operate autonomously, anticipating follow-on service needs before a homeowner raises them.
New Agentic era
“The Mena region is architecting the next Agentic era with real estate at its centre. What Globant built with Aldar is reflection of that ambition: turning years of dormant customer data into an always-on service layer that works without anyone having to ask it to. This is what enterprise AI looks like when it’s done at the scale this region demands,” said Federico Pienovi, CEO of Mena & APAC at Globant.
Aldar Properties, with $9.2 billion in annual revenue and one of the most ambitious development portfolios in the Gulf, faced a challenge familiar across the region: data-rich but insight-poor.
Years of customer interactions, service histories, and property records sat siloed, unable to power real-time decisions. Buyers lacked visibility into construction progress and flooded service teams with low-value queries.
Unified customer layer
Maintenance requests arrived as unstructured text, demanding manual interpretation before any action could be taken. Valuable customer intelligence sat dormant, unable to deliver value before a homeowner even thought to ask for it. Globant's solution rewired that model entirely: activating dormant intelligence through Salesforce Data 360 to create a unified customer layer the agents query autonomously. The result is an improved customer experience: faster access to accurate information, reduced dependency on manual support interactions, and greater transparency throughout the homeowner journey, from construction to post-handover care.
"Our homeowners expect the same intelligence from their property that they experience in every other part of their digital lives. Partnering with Globant has allowed us to deliver real answers, in real time, at any hour. This is the standard Aldar is committed to setting across the region," commented Harry Nakichband, Chief Digital Officer at Aldar Properties.
The solution builds on Globant's 21+ years as a Salesforce partner, with more than 1,200 projects delivered. Globant counts more than 500 Agentforce Certified Specialists and 200+ Salesforce Data 360 specialists. This expertise has earned Globant recognition from Salesforce as an Implementation Level Expert for Data 360, MuleSoft, and Agentforce, the highest distinction a Salesforce Solution partner can earn. This was essential to engineering an agentic architecture that activates years of untapped customer intelligence and scales with Aldar's continued expansion across the Mena region.
The announcement also comes on the heels of Globant being named Salesforce's New Logo of the Year for the second consecutive year at the Salesforce Partner Summit in Dubai.
