Hassan Allam Holding has announced that its key subsidiary, Kortech, has been awarded the execution, testing and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for Al Khobar Entertainment Complex in Saudi Arabia.

Developed by Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN, the project is a major entertainment destination in the Eastern Province. 

Hassan Allam said Kortech’s scope spans the entertainment complex, underground car park, cinema, family entertainment centre, aquarium, black box and observation wheel in addition to external works and several specialised attractions.

The comprehensive scope includes HVAC, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, power and lighting systems, building management system interfaces, and coordination with security, ICT, audiovisual, and attraction systems, it stated.

"This reflects Hassan Allam Holding’s accelerating regional expansion and its growing role in delivering complex, high-impact developments across Saudi Arabia," said a spokesman for the company on the contract win.
