flynas has taken delivery of a new Airbus A320neo, strengthening its next-generation fleet as the Saudi low-cost carrier expands its network and enhances the passenger experience.
The latest aircraft brings flynas’ all-Airbus fleet to 68
aircraft, including 62 A320neos, two A330 widebodies and four A320ceos.
The new A320neo features a modern cabin developed with
Safran, with upgraded seats offering smartphone and tablet holders, USB-A and
USB-C charging ports, larger meal trays, magazine pockets and coat hooks.
Premium Class passengers will also benefit from increased
seat pitch, adjustable headrests and middle-seat dividers.
The A320neo’s improved fuel efficiency is expected to reduce
fuel consumption and emissions per seat while supporting operational
efficiency.
The delivery comes as flynas pursues its “We Connect the
World to the Kingdom” expansion strategy.
In July, the airline confirmed an order for 25 Airbus
aircraft, bringing its total confirmed Airbus orders to 235, alongside 45
options, for a potential fleet expansion to 280 aircraft.
