Dubai Airports to host community walk as part of Dubai Mallathon

 Dubai Airports will host a community walk at Dubai International Airport (DXB) on Friday, August 14, as part of Dubai’s citywide wellbeing initiative, Dubai Mallathon.

The event will offer passengers and airport employees an opportunity to stay active while travelling, with two sessions scheduled from 7:30–9:30am and 9:30–11:30am at Terminal 3, Concourse B.

Participants can choose between 1.5km and 750m routes, with the walk bringing together Dubai Airports employees, oneDXB community partners and transferring passengers.

Launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, Dubai Mallathon encourages residents and visitors to remain active during the summer months.

Guests of all ages and abilities travelling through DXB can take part free of charge, with no registration required.

Participants can head to the Family Zone near Gate B28 to join the walk.

The initiative aims to promote movement, wellbeing and community while offering travellers a unique experience inside one of the world’s busiest international airports. -TradeArabia News Service
