Jasara Program Management Company has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Diriyah Company to provide project, construction and cost management services for the Royal Diriyah Opera House and Grand Mosque as well as other premium projects centered around the grand avenue in the ancient Saudi city.
A joint venture between Saudi sovereign wealth fund PIF, oil giant Aramco and construction major Jacobs, it provides professional programmes and construction management services for social infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.
This partnership forms part of the development of the second phase of Diriyah, one of the world’s most significant mixed-use heritage and cultural destinations, which aims to reinforce Saudi Arabia’s position as a leading global cultural and tourism hub, while enhancing quality of life in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
As per the deal, Jasara’s team will be responsible for project planning, cost management, contract management and construction Management while supporting the successful delivery of the development in alignment with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Its scope of work spans the northwest, southwest, and southeast blocks of the grand avenue, a fully integrated mixed-use environment where retail and F&B coexist alongside offices, hotels, residential communities and cultural attractions, creating sustained footfall and long-term commercial value.
The development also features iconic landmarks such as the Royal Diriyah Opera House and the Grand Mosque, further enhancing its role as a vibrant destination within Diriyah.
