Aroya Cruises, a subsidiary of Cruise Saudi wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), is strengthening its presence in regional and international markets by resuming Mediterranean cruises during the summer of 2026 following strong demand and the success of its regional cruises last season.
The summer voyages will depart from Galataport Istanbul, which will serve as
AROYA's main Mediterranean homeport.
The seven-night itineraries will include destinations across Türkiye, Greece, and Egypt, offering guests the opportunity to explore locations that combine natural beauty, cultural richness, and historical significance.
Sture Myrmell, Aroya Cruises President, said the company’s return to the
Mediterranean reflects the momentum achieved during its first season in the
region.
He noted that the new itineraries provide diverse travel
options for guests from the Kingdom, the wider region, and international
markets through a maritime experience blending leading tourist destinations,
authentic Arabian hospitality, and integrated onboard services. -TradeArabia News Service
