A prime, waterfront plot on the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay has been sold for a record-breaking AED362 million ($98.5 million). The site, ideal for a mixed-use project, was sold by Mukarrib Holdings, and the deal was brokered by Driven|Forbes Global Properties.
