Saudi developer Umm Al Qura said it has signed an agreement with Abdulmohsen Al Rossais & Sons for the sale of two land plots in Zone Two within its mega Masar Destination for development of two boulevard-facing residential towers at a total investment of SAR1.2 billion ($317 million).
