bp confirmed its entry into a production sharing agreement (PSA) for six blocks in the North Ustyurt region of Uzbekistan. The agreement includes the Boyterak, Terengquduq, Birqori, Kharoy, Qoraqalpoq and Qulboy blocks.
Eni has signed a binding agreement with Socar, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, for the sale of a 10 per cent stake in the Baleine Project - the Ivorian main offshore development operated by Eni (47.25 per cent) and participated by Vitol (30 per cent) and Petroci (22.75 per cent).
Azerbaijan’s state energy company SOCAR has reached a new milestone in gas exports by selling significant volumes of gas to Southern and Central Europe via the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP), part of the Southern Gas Corridor. From January 2026, Azerbaijani gas will be supplied to buyers in Austria and Germany through Italy.
