UAE-based Royal Development, a subsidiary of Emirates Stallions Group, has announced the launch of Phase Two of AED1.45 billion ($395 million) Radisson Residences Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, introducing its third tower, which features 437 furnished branded homes with a mix of studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments.
Radisson Hotel Group continued to accelerate its growth strategy in the first half of 2026, signing and opening 160 hotels, representing more than 22,000 keys.
Radisson continues to expand in Saudi Arabia, with 50 hotels open and under development across the kingdom, as it targets 100 properties in operation by 2030. The group aims to open 1,000 more rooms in the country during the second half, said a top official.
Royal Development Holding (RDH) has partnered with Radisson Hotel Group to develop Radisson Residences Reem Island, a premium waterfront residential project in Abu Dhabi, enhancing RDH’s portfolio of branded residential developments and redefining luxury waterfront living.
