Ohana Development, a leading UAE real estate developer of luxury projects, has recorded AED6 billion ($1.63 billion) in sales in 72 hours for Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana, a gated waterfront community located along Yas Canal in Abu Dhabi, setting a new sales record in the emirate’s real estate market.
UAE-based Ohana Development has announced the official launch of its AED15 billion ($4.1 billion) gated waterfront community - Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana - in Abu Dhabi. The Manchester City FC’s first branded project will boast over 2,000 residential units with a mix of villas, penthouses and resorts.
Manchester City has sealed a partnership deal with UAE-based Ohana Development to unveil its new branded residences in Abu Dhabi. Spanning 1.67 million sq m along Yas Canal waterfront, the Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana is said to be the first Manchester City club-branded residential destination in the world.
