Key Mavens, a Dubai-based boutique luxury developer, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Lulu Retail to operate the primary commercial retail space at its prime community destination Le Meryeme - Liwan. Under this deal, LuLu Hypermarket will open as a core anchor tenant.
Line Investments & Property - the malls division of LuLu International Holdings - has joined hands with UAE group Mulk International to develop a 2.5 million sq ft mixed-use freezone retail hub in Ajman, the first of its kind in the Northern Emirates.
