King Khalid International Airport, managed by Riyadh Airports Company, announced the launch of a new air route connecting Riyadh with Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) in Bangkok, Thailand, with four weekly flights.
King Khalid International Airport (KKIA), operated and managed by Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), will begin implementing its first major strategic transformation plan since opening over 40 years ago during the first quarter of 2026, in alignment with the rapid development taking place in Riyadh.
Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz has inaugurated International Terminal 2 and announced the completion of the development project for Terminals 1 and 2 at King Khalid International Airport.
