Luxury brand Karl Lagerfeld has signed a deal with AARK Developers for the launch of its $1.4 billion beachfront residential project in Ras Al Khaimah. Its second project in the region - Karl Lagerfeld Residences - will boast a collection of 663 sea view residences.
