Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) held discussions with the Cool Coalition of United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) on the sustainable business models for district cooling services, particularly the ‘utility-service’ one during the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2026.
