In a huge boost for Dubai's luxury real estate market, Binghatti, a major UAE developer, has announced penthouse sales totalling AED270 million ($73.5 million) at Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Business Bay during June 2026.
UAE-based fäm Properties has announced that it has facilitated the sale of 40,000 sq ft of office space at Vision Tower in Business Bay for a record AED124 million ($33.8 million). It is the biggest commercial real estate deal of its kind recorded in Dubai.
Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) said it has awarded the design contract for the company's fifth district cooling plant in Business Bay, Dubai. Once operational, the plant will have a production capacity of 44,000 refrigeration tons (RT).
UAE developer Binghatti has achieved a major milestone with the sale of the region's most expensive penthouse valued at AED550 million ($150 million), at its iconic development Bugatti Residences by Binghatti located in Business Bay.
