A scientific study conducted by the Bahrain Centre for Strategic, International and Energy Studies (Derasat) confirms the Bapco Modernisation Project as a milestone in Bahrain’s industrial transformation, boosting refining capacity from 267,000 to 380,000 barrels per day, later reaching 405,000 barrels per day within a year of inauguration.
