Eni has entered a long-term LNG sale agreement with Turkish company BOTAŞ, in line with the company’s strategy to grow a diversified global portfolio and secure stable, multi-year relationships in key international markets.
Woodside and Türkiye’s BOTAŞ have signed a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) for the long-term supply of liquefied natural gas (LNG). Under the agreement, Woodside will supply BOTAŞ a total of approximately 5.8 billion cubic meters natural gas equivalent, or 0.5 million tonnes per annum of LNG, for a period of up to nine years starting in 2030.
