UAE developer Arada said it has completed the construction and begun handover of five new residential blocks in Naseej District within its AED35 billion ($9.5 billion) Aljada megacommunity in Sharjah. It comprises 482 apartments with a mix of one- to three-bedroom units along with smart home features.
Arada has awarded two contracts for the next set of 2,210 homes in Sharjah’s AED35 billion Aljada megaproject. Collectively valued at AED2.04 billion ($555.48 million), the deals cover main construction activities across 14 residential blocks.
Arada has announced that booking has now begun at Nest Hotel, the first property in its new lifestyle hospitality brand, ahead of the hotel’s formal opening in late December at Aljada, Sharjah. The 395-room hotel caters to diverse guests, including business and leisure travellers, long-stay visitors, sports groups, and students.
