Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC) has announced that work is in full swing on its SAR1.8 billion ($480 million) Al Haer Independent Sewage Treatment Plant (ISTP) coming up in Riyadh and the plant is on track for commercial operations in the fourth quarter of 2026.
