StayWell Hospitality Group Middle East has appointed Cameron Speedie as the new regional director of finance.

Speedie has over 18 years of extensive expertise delivering financial and operational management in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries. He brings a broad range of financial experience having worked across several companies including Scenic Tours, a global luxury tour operator where he worked as a finance director, Intercontinental Hotel Group where he served as director of finance and business for five years for IHG hotels in New Zealand & Australia incorporating Intercontinental, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn brands, and with Kerzner One & Only Resorts where he worked as director global finance for the group of luxury properties.

Previously, he has also worked in financial operations for Lastminute.com and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

In his new role, Speedie will be responsible for StayWell Hospitality Group’s overall financial operations in the Middle East as well as directing strategic investments for the company. His breadth of experience across a variety of sectors will be a great value to the group's plan of increasing its portfolio of hotels across the region. - TradeArabia News Service
