GTA Middle East partners with Dubai Parks and Resorts

Global Travel Distributor GTA Middle East in a recent development has collaborated with the Middle East's largest integrated theme park destination - Dubai Parks and Resorts.

In line with Dubai Parks and Resorts vision to grow the family leisure and entertainment industry, the destination has partnered with GTA to highlight family tourism through key activities specifically designed for trade awareness in the Middle East, said a statement from the company.
 
The collaboration for the largest entertainment destination in the region will witness a two-pronged marketing and brand awareness approach by GTA.

In the first step, GTA will conduct dedicated workshops and trainings across the GCC region with key agents and clients. This initiative will ensure increased brand recall while at the same time familiarise bookers with Dubai Parks and Resorts’ product offerings.

Moving ahead, GTA will optimise its sales channels to promote the entertainment destination within its network.
 
Rami Mashini, vice president of sales and marketing at GTA, said: “We are delighted to partner with Dubai Parks and Resorts, the region’s largest entertainment theme Park destination.”

“Our partnership will change the way the travel industry looks to market an entertainment brand. The strategy implemented will be to strengthen the much-talked about brand, boost its visitor profile and ensure demand is maintained,” he said.
 
The partnership will see GTA with a strong foothold in the industry, drive short haul business from key GCC source markets.
 
Julien Munoz, vice president of sales at Dubai Parks and Resorts, said: “We’re very pleased to announce our partnership with GTA Middle East. It is our intention to partner with strong representation that reflects the destination’s position in the theme park industry.”

“Through this collaboration, we aim to install our presence in our key tourism markets in the Middle East, and offer our products and unique experiences to the travel,” he said.

“In a few days, our tickets will be accessible to the trade via GTA renewed business-to-business (B2B) platform in order to be package with their existing inventory of rooms. We’re committed to supporting our business partners in every way possible.
