The Globe Summit Series is a celebrated platform from which talented chefs from around the world share their expertise and passion for fine cuisine. Under the patronage of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Riyadh, Al Faisaliah Hotel, in partnership with Como Hotels and Resorts and Como Shambhala, invites culinary connoisseurs to take centre stage at the celebrated Globe Restaurant.

Como’s group executive chef, Daniel Moran will share his culinary passion with guests dining at The Globe restaurant between November 20 and 26, 2016. During the event, guests can partake in a cooking course or enjoy a special COMO lunch menu, Como High Tea or a fine dining à la carteà la carteà la carteà la carte dinner experience. All dishes during the event will showcase Moran’s flair for Asian and European flavours.

Hailing from Australia, Moran has been part of the Como team since 2000, starting out as head chef at Parrot Cay by Como in the Turks and Caicos Islands, before transferring to Metropolitan by COMO in Bangkok. Daniel’s knack for experimenting with flavours, and his passion for sharing it with the world has led him to the role of group executive chef at Como Hotels and Resorts.
