DUBAI, September 15, 2016
Antique Bazaar at Four Points Sheraton Bur Dubai has welcomed Hoshiyar Chauhan as its new chef de cuisine.
Chauhan, who was previously the sous chef at the award-winning restaurant, is well versed with the specialties, the regular customers and what it takes to keep this restaurant’s kitchen running as smoothly as it has over the years.
“Promoting Chef Hoshiyar to lead the kitchen of Antique Bazaar is ensuring our customers continue to experience the same tastes and delights as they have for the many years with chef Munna” said Amit Kumar, director food and beverage, Four Points by Sheraton, Bur Dubai.
Chauhan’s love for cooking started at a very young age when his elder brother, also a professional chef, challenged him to compete with in preparing an Indian speciality and Chef Hoshiyar’s dish won. This determined his professional journey. His first job in a five-Star hotel was in Jaipur in 2000, following which he travelled the shores to Dubai in 2007.
"I'm looking forward to this challenge and to lead the team at Antique Bazaar," said Chauhan. "I'm excited with the opportunity to continue offering Antique Bazaar’s customers the same great taste and dishes as well as introducing some new ones." - TradeArabia News Service
