Special Iftar and Suhoor meals at Al Tabkha

The Pearl-Qatar offers special Ramadan menus

DOHA, June 29, 2015

Hospitality Development Company (HDC), which manages and operates a number of restaurants on The Pearl-Qatar, is introducing a variety of dining options, including Iftar and Suhoor set menus, in the glamorous waterfront setting of Porto Arabia.

To honour this special time of year, HDC promises an unforgettable taste of Levantine cuisine at Burj Al Hamam and Al Tabkha, both of which will offer Iftar and Suhoor meals throughout the month of Ramadan from sunset until 2.00 am, while Tse Yang, Pampano, Megu and Chocolate Bar will continue to serve “A La Carte”.

Burj Al Hamam, a Lebanese dining hotspot splashes out with a lavish buffet, including Middle Eastern specialties, eight varied main courses of chicken, seafood, stew and pasta and topped off with elaborate desserts and a rewarding range of fresh fruits and Ramadan sweets.

Suhoor at Burj Al Hamam can be ordered either from the set menu comprising cold and hot appetisers, mix shawarma and grills in addition to desserts, fruits and beverages; or “A La Carte”, giving both late night nibblers and feasters the freedom to choose from an extensive list of authentic Lebanese dishes that range from light mezze to opulent main courses and fresh seafood.

Al Tabkha, a casual Lebanese eatery, will also serve Iftar in grand buffet style featuring a custom mix of soups, appetisers, salads, main courses and desserts, topped with free flow of beverages and Ramadan juices. The restaurant will also offer free home delivery service starting noon with a list of daily special combos to choose from, but will only accommodate guests a little before sunset.

A wholly owned subsidiary of United Development Company (UDC), Hospitality Development Company focuses on acquiring, developing and operating world-class hospitality projects and brands including hotels, high-end restaurants and cafes. – TradeArabia News Service
