UAE’s Flora Hospitality has promoted Jikku John Mathew to cluster director of operations in charge of Flora Grand Hotel and Flora Al Barsha Hotel - a new addition to Flora Hospitality collection of hotels and hotel apartments in Dubai.

Mathew joined the group in 2006 as an assistant front office manager and gradually developed his career up to rooms division manager.

Prior to joining Flora Hospitality, he was associated with reputed hotel groups such as The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, The Park Hotels and Hilton Hotels and Resorts, among others.

Mathew also developed his academic insights with a Masters in Hospitality Management from the renowned Cornell University above his graduation in hotel management.

In his new role, Mathew will be in charge of the operation of Flora Grand and Flora Al Barsha Hotels, supported by a team of department heads who will report to him for the whole operational and administrative affairs. – TradeArabia News Service
