Qatar, Guinea in open skies pact

DOHA, January 29, 2015

Qatar and the Republic of Guinea have signed an agreement to open up the air transport sector between the two countries.

The agreement was signed by Jassim bin Saif Al-Sulaiti, Minister of Transport and his Guinean counterpart Aliou Diallo, said a report in Qatar News Agency.

The new pact permits national carriers in the two countries to operate an unlimited number of passenger and cargo trips as well as all gives the carriers transport rights.

Furthermore, Al-Sulaiti and Diallo discussed means of enhancing mutual cooperation and relations in the field of transport and communications between the two countries, the report said.
