ADP, TCA Abu Dhabi to provide improved tourism services
ABU DHABI, November 18, 2014
The Abu Dhabi Police (ADP) and the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi) have discussed plans to improve services for tourists and visitors, and to provide a safe and stable environment for the visitors to the UAE.
The meeting, which was attended by a large number of ADP and TCA Abu Dhabi representatives, addressed the methods utilised to support efforts to develop the tourism industry in Abu Dhabi, while correspondingly enhancing the vision and strategy of promoting security and stability.
The meeting highlighted the roles of both sides and the duties of the ADP as a strategic partner in the Abu Dhabi 2030 plan. The UAE capital has become one of the most favourite global destinations for tourism and investments through the provision of a safe and secure environment, an affluent lifestyle, and by fostering an ideal environment for investment and infrastructure development.
“We must work together as one team and form specialised teams in order to provide the integrated, harmonious services that will achieve the best results. If we succeed at this, this will result in bringing Abu Dhabi to the top of the World Economic Forum’s Competitiveness Index,” said Brigadier Omair Mohammed Al Muhairi, deputy director general of Police Operations. – TradeArabia News Service
