Karromato show to enthrall Bahrain audience

The wooden marionettes of Karromato, a performance by puppeteers from the Czech Republic, Hungary and Spain, and is the latest addition in a series of family fun shows organised by the Bahrain Summer Festival.
The three-ring circus of the imagination will be full of energy, and promises to dazzle audiences with secret special effects originating in the classic 19th century European marionette theatre, a statement from a BSF official said.
Karromato’s Wooden Circus has showcased to audiences in more than 30 countries around the world and will take to the stage of the Nakhool City at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIECC) in Sanabis from June 26 to 29 at 5pm each afternoon.
The month-long Bahrain Summer Festival features a lineup of spectacular shows and fun activities for everyone. Upcoming shows include Omar Faruk Tekbilek; Qusai, aka Don Legend the Kamelion, in collaboration with DJ Outlaw and Flipperachi; and family favourite musical, The Sound of Music.
Local talent will also feature in this year's festival with young Bahraini singer Hala Al Turk presenting some of her popular songs in an evening concert for children.
The festival is organised by the Ministry of Culture, which has obtained special rates and promotional offers with a number of leading Bahrain hotels for visitors and tourists during the month-long festival.
Tickets for the Bahrain Summer Festival are exclusively available at Virgin Megastore at Bahrain City Center or electronically through Virgin's website virginmegastore.me.
Tickets will also be sold at the venues in which the events are due to take place, if seats are still available. Nakhool City shows will be free of charge featuring family-friendly cultural activities from 2pm to 7pm until July 15, while tickets for other shows range from BD2 ($5.31) to BD10 ($26.55), depending on individual seating preference.
