Sipchem, a leading petrochemical and chemical manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia, has been recognised with an award for ‘Best Practices in Corporate Governance’ among companies listed in the Saudi Stock Exchange “Tadawul”.

The announcement was made during the 2nd Annual Conference for Corporate Governance organised by Al Faisal University in Riyadh, said a statement.
 
Governance award is an independent annual ceremony which depends on more than 150 standards, including shareholders rights, board practices, conflicts of interest, disclosure and transparency, and relations with stakeholders, it stated. – TradeArabia News Service
