Egypt seeks up to 285,000 t gasoil for February

SINGAPORE, January 13, 2015

Egyptian General Petroleum Corp (EGPC) is seeking up to 285,000 tonnes of gasoil for delivery in February, more spot volumes than it sought in January, traders said.
 
The state-owned company is seeking five cargoes of 34,000 to 36,000 tonnes each of 0.1 per cent sulphur gasoil for delivery into Suez port over February 1 to 3, February 8 to 10, February 14 to 16, February 16 to 18 and February 25 to 27.
 
It is also seeking three gasoil cargoes of 35,000 tonnes each for delivery into Ain Sukhna terminal over February 3 to 5, February 13 to 15 and February 21 to 23, they said.
 
The tender closes on January 19.
 
EGPC last sought three cargoes of 34,000 to 36,000 tonnes each of gasoil for delivery into Suez in January, though results of the tender could not immediately be confirmed. --Reuters
