Oman is preparing to host its first ever Russian circus show at the iconic Mall of Muscat. This unique event, part of the Night Circus Show project, will run on December 19 and 20 from 4 pm to 8 pm, featuring a spellbinding programme of performances by celebrated stars of the Russian circus school, renowned for their breathtaking artistry and diversity.

 

Audiences will be dazzled by gravity defying acrobatics, mesmerising aerial acts, and intricate juggling routines, all accompanied by the enchanting live melodies of the renowned Relax Orchestra. 

 

The immersive experience will include free masterclasses led by professional circus artists who will give attendees the chance to try their hand at circus tricks, making it a perfect outing for families of all age groups and thrill seekers alike.

 

Cultural bridge

Visitors can look forward to an exciting line up of performances, including mimes, stilt walkers, aerial gymnasts, and other delightful surprises, with circus stunt workshops and special gifts prepared for guests at the mall. On December 19 and 20, the entertainment begins at 4 pm with thrilling acts featuring equilibrists, an acrobatic duo, and jugglers. At 5.45 pm, the second act takes centre stage, showcasing the renowned circus star Antipod, along with mesmerising aerial gymnasts on rings and hula hoop artists. The final act at 7.20 pm will highlight the innovative creative duo Diabola, accompanied by equilibrists and jugglers. A grand spectacle on December 19 at 7.50 pm will transform the mall into a magical sea of colour and wonder with the spectacular drop of over 35,000 balloons from the ceiling of the complex in the central atrium.
