Jotun to supply coatings for Makkah Station

Jotun Saudi Arabia, a leading paint manufacturer, has won a contract to supply intumescent and protective coatings for the Makkah Station project.
The contract period spans one year and includes the supply of more than 500,000 litres of paints.
“This contract win is the result of dedication, teamwork and constant follow up with all parties suppliers,” said Ahmed Monem, sales manager of Performance Coatings - Jotun Saudi Arabia.

The Makkah station contains facilities and services for passengers designed in accordance with the best international standards of high speed train stations.
The station's facilities include the following: The main building of the station which includes the arrival and departure concourses; a mosque with a capacity of 600 worshipers; a centre for civil defense; helipad, 10 pavements for trains; car parking with a capacity of 5000 parks which are divided into short and long-term parking; and VIP lounges.
