Fast track GCC union, say Imams
Manama, May 19, 2012
GCC union has now become a pressing demand with the exposure of foreign agendas, imams across Bahrain said yesterday in their Friday sermons.
They called for its announcement to be fast-tracked, describing the union as a dream of any loyal Arab Gulf national.
'Gulf union is a God's call in the first place and anyone opposing it must be either ignorant or criminal who doesn't seek the good of the country,' they pointed out.
They said the union will help the nation and Muslims become victorious, reach their goals and lead a peaceful life.
It is a religious duty and 'curative medicine' with numerous benefits politically, economically and militarily.-TradeArabia News Service
