Royal China restaurant to open in Dubai

Dubai, February 3, 2011

Internationally acclaimed restaurant, Royal China, which has outposts in London, Singapore and China, is making its debut in the Middle East, in Dubai.

From March, the award-winning, fully-licensed restaurant will be serving up traditional Hong Kong Chinese cuisine, as well as delectable Dim Sum, throughout the day.

It will be the perfect pit stop for a quick snack, a leisurely lunch or a cocktail-or-green tea fuelled dinner.

Royal China in Dubai will offer its signature dishes such as their trademark lobster noodles, melt-in-the-mouth ‘har gau’ or steamed prawn dumpling and Crispy Aromatic Duck with its distinctive plum sauce), as well as devising new seasonal dishes.

Much-lauded interiors gurus LW Design are on board to ensure Royal China Dubai becomes the city’s latest see-and-be-seen hotspot as the interiors reflect the restaurant’s modern Chinese ethos with chic dark woods, rich reds and an elegant floor-to-ceiling wine display.

The restaurant is located in the prestigious DIFC.-TradeArabia News Service
