Manama, August 11, 2010
Moda Mall, the leading shopping destination at Bahrain World Trade Center (BWTC), has launched the “Hala Ramadan” campaign offering fabulous prizes and weekly draws to shoppers through out the holy month.
The highlight of the campaign will be a bonanza of spectacular prizes from its exclusive boutiques including weekly raffle draws for gift vouchers. During the campaign, for every BD25 ($66.2) spent at any of the mall’s boutiques, shoppers will receive one raffle ticket to enter into a weekly draw.
This year, Moda Mall has partnered with Credimax for the first time to further enhance the shopping experience of Credimax cardholders. For every BD25 spent at the mall, cardholders will receive two raffle tickets giving them a double opportunity to win one of the exciting prizes on offer.
There will be four weekly draws held on Thursdays and every week six winners will be announced. Five of the winners will receive two BD50 Gift Vouchers which can be used to purchase items at participating boutiques at Moda Mall.
Each week, a special mega-prize will be given from one of the boutiques in the mall, including a watch, diamond jewellery set, exclusive mobile phone and a designer handbag, it said.
Commenting on the campaign, Eamon Kelly, general manager, BWTC said: 'We would like to extend our hearty Ramadan greetings to all our loyal shoppers and visitors and invite them to celebrate the initiatives and activities lined up at our spectacular ‘Hala Ramadan’ campaign.”
The exciting month-long campaign will also run a special Audi promotion for car lovers at the mall. The latest model of an Audi is on display at the North Court of the mall, and every person who buys an Audi vehicle will receive a $2,000 gift voucher, valid at any of the participating boutiques,' he noted.
“Since this is the month of generosity and giving, this year we have tailored our campaign in a way that will enable us to reward as many loyal customers as possible and make it a truly memorable shopping experience every day throughout Ramadan,' Kelly added.
The mall will also for the first time host a women’s art exhibition, showcasing a combination of paintings, photography and mixed media by female Saudi artists. The exhibition is aimed at celebrating and supporting talented female artists, giving them the opportunity to increase their visibility in the GCC.
Traditionally decorated Ramadan tents will provide a comfortable evening for shoppers to relax and will be served Arabian coffee and dates in keeping with the month’s traditional spirit, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
