Chevillotte, a renowned pool tables manufacturer, will unveil a limited edition of the classic King Louis XVI’s billiard table at the Interiors UAE 2009 exhibition in Abu Dhabi.

Interiors UAE 2009 will run from March 29 to April 1 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.

With only 50 pieces scheduled for world-wide production, King Louis XVI’s billiard table is a resemblance of the original master-piece.

Commissioned by the curators at the Chateau de Versailles, Chevillotte was the only brand that was invited to restore the original King Louis XVI’s billiard table which is now housed as part of the exhibition at Versailles.

“Considering the exclusivity and the profile of this event, we felt that this was the ideal venue to launch this classic edition and we are expecting King Louis XVI’s billiard table to be the main focus at this exhibition” said Christophe Chevillotte, vice president, Chevillotte, maker of billiard tables since 1860.

At Interiors UAE, Chevillotte will also exhibit its newly launched 2009 collection of contemporary, patented and high precision Verytables with new finishings.

The interiors trade fair will also feature kitchens, bathrooms, floor and wall coverings, furniture, lighting, fabric and accessories, as well as iconic pieces from leading exhibitors.
